Do you do custom orders?
Custom orders are currently closed. Please still feel free to contact me if you have any ideas we can chat about! That way I can update you once I do open custom orders again. 

How long does “Made to order” take?
"Made to order" for leather goods can take up to 4 weeks to be made and shipped depending on what the item is and the quantity of goods you have ordered. "Made to order" for candles can take up to a week to make, again depending on what you have ordered and the quantity. If you want updates on how your order is going please feel free to contact me! You will receive shipping information once your item has been shipped. If you need it before a specific date please let me know before purchasing and I will do my best to accomodate to you.

How long does "Ready to ship" take? 
"Ready to ship" will be packed and shipped anywhere between 3-5 days of your order.

Do you do refunds?
Due to the handmade nature of the product I am unable to do refunds if you decide to change your mind after purchasing. Please read the descriptions carefully and give your correct sizing. Contact me before purchasing if you have any questions about anything.
